Data deletion request process

• Email info@brightfuture-edu.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and include your full name and registered phone number.
• Include an account email only when one is associated with the account; Facebook Login requests may also include the profile name or app-scoped user ID.
• The institute may verify your identity before deleting information to protect other users' accounts.
• After verification, personal data will be deleted or anonymized and the requester will be notified when processing is complete.
• Limited records may be retained only when required for legal, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
